Deavers Alley (203 N. Main Street) is a mixed use building with commercial spaces, apartments, and mini-storage units. There is a free shared laundry on the premises for residential tenants.

Located at the base of the W&L campus, Deavers Alley is just two blocks north of the heart of downtown Lexington. The building was built in 1937 as an automobile dealership and modernized in the late 1970s. Deavers Alley derives its name from the street running along the north side of the building; on older plats this street is named Deavers Alley.
